MyFinancials is an online self-serve Dell application designed specifically for customers to access and view their financial accounts and records.

With My Financials, users can:

View and download multiple invoices.
Raise a dispute on outstanding invoices.
Raise a promise by providing timelines to pay the outstanding invoices.
View or export multiple lists of invoices to excel.

Requirement

The MyFinancials team (Dell Financial Services) were looking to move their entire experience to DDS 1.6. As a team, we not only moved the entire experience to match DDS; we also did a complete design and content revamp to improve the start to end user experience.
